Aiotto Terms of Use — Aiotto 1.0.8 (56) release text

Aiotto provides local recording, import, playback, statistics, review, offline transcription, public podcast discovery and user-initiated account, cloud transcription and structured-summary functions. Some separately gated network functions may be unavailable. Feature availability shown in the App and App Store controls over a general description in these terms.

Users must have the rights, permissions or other lawful basis required to record, import, transcribe, translate, retain or share their material. Aiotto does not grant rights to podcast, video, document or other third-party content, and users must not bypass access controls, copyright protections, usage limits or third-party terms.

Podcast directories, feeds, artwork and audio are supplied by Apple, publishers and media hosts under their own terms and availability. AI and speech-recognition output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be checked before use. Aiotto does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

The Audiobooks tab contains documents the user imports or previously saved. Aiotto does not provide a built-in ebook catalog or news feed. Imported books, web pages and other documents remain subject to their owners' rights and terms; users are responsible for importing and using them lawfully.

Aiotto offers optional auto-renewable Pro subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly. Product benefits, price and availability are displayed in the App and App Store. Apple manages payment, renewal, cancellation and refund eligibility. Restore Purchases reconciles eligible Apple purchases with the signed-in Aiotto account; one purchase cannot grant access to unrelated Aiotto accounts. A subscription renews unless the user disables renewal within Apple's stated deadline. Monthly and yearly plans have the same monthly service allowances; yearly billing does not provide twelve months of allowance at once. Limits, remaining usage and reset dates are shown in Subscription and usage. Local device transcription and device voices do not consume cloud allowance. Failed cloud work is not charged as successfully completed work. Deleting the Aiotto account does not cancel Apple subscription billing. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Users must not interfere with the service, abuse quotas, evade security, access another user's account or data, distribute malware, infringe another person's rights or use Aiotto unlawfully. Access may be restricted for a material violation or a security or legal risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Aiotto is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect recognition or availability of third-party content. Liability that applicable law does not permit the owner to exclude remains unaffected. Otherwise these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
